Jelly Fish Designs Tri-Loom

A perfect project for anyone who wants to learn a new skill, this loom is easy to learn and easy to use.

You can learn to use this loom without  needing any previous knowledge of knitting, crocheting, or even weaving to begin! This Triangle Doll Shawl Loom is perfect for creating quick but amazingly unique projects. This loom is just the right size for 18" dolls, but you aren't limited to just one project. You can also sew completed triangles together to make any size blanket, or perhaps a larger shawl.

The loom is put together by hand, made out of four layers of laser cut Baltic Birch, and ready to use. My favorite part about this loom is that as you weave one side of the loom, it automatically weaves the other at the same time, so completing the shawl is faster than with a normal loom!

You don't need very much to get started. Tools required are: a tri-loom, some yarn, scissors, a crochet hook, and a comb to help keep your work neat.

This loom is perfect because once you begin, you can lay it down and forget it. But the next time you pick it up, you can begin right back where you were, without loosing any of your work!

Using a variety of yarn choices, you can make any type of shawl that you can imagine!

That soft, bulky yarn that you didn't know how to use? Perfect! Or would you prefer a soft, lacy type of yarn for a more airy shawl? It will work too!

Once the weaving is complete, simply pull the shawl off the loom. Minimal finishing is required to secure the top. An optional edging can be crocheted all around, or you can finish the short edges with fringe.

Completed shawls are 20"' x 10" and fit most 18" dolls. Nails across the top are 1/4" apart, and nails down each side are 3/16" apart.  Doll Shawl Looms are $120 each.
